Medications like vicodin/percocets/codeine can effect ejaculation and they'll make it harder or impossible for some men to ejaculate.

Go see a doctor though as it's YOUR body.

vicodin or other narcotics (hyrdrocodone, etc) should not be used for the long term treatment of pain like you are describing. I would try and get off of them now before you end up with a problem. It really isn't worth it. Yes, they make you feel good. But you'll find that you'll need more and more to get the same feel good sensation as time goes on. Especially this is important with vicodin as the tylenol portion is very easy to overdose on.

ive had 5000 mg of tylenol and 50mg of hydrocode (vicodin once) and am still alive to tell about it ;-)

well, I don't know that to be something to be proud of. Death from liver failure is a miserably slow way to go. And you'll never get a liver transplant as an overdose patient. And if that dose was recent, don't be so cocky.... it takes a bit of time for the liver to really fail. But it will if you continue at your pace, I promise you that.
