I was with my credit union for over 20 years. Today was payday so I had to update all the places that had the old bank info. It was a pain. I kept forgetting I needed to update the info so on half of them I had to cancel the payment, then delete the old info, then put in the new.

Hopefully I won't ever have to do this again.

Do you find updating things, addresses, phone numbers, account numbers a hassle?

Last time I moved, 20 years ago, I didn't remember all the places I needed to update my address. Because of that that year's election is the only election I didn't vote in. Still a bit mad at myseld for that.

Yes, it's annoying.

My credit union here is all over the town, so convenient, but they handle things very badly. I am eager to move and leave them behind.

That is the big thing I hate about my new place. One location in my area, not town, area. Other locations are about 30 minutes away. My old place had 5 or 6 locations just in town.

The last time I did it for business and personal accounts, I left it to the bank staff to do all the work.
