Read this before you head over! The concept is so unbelievably simple and bizarre. Essentially, when you log on, you can activate your cam/mic, and are connected randomly with another chatters cam. There is a NEXT button on the top of the site where you can pan through cams, stopping on who you want. It's the ultimate in superficiality, but can be entertaining.

Assuming JoBros means Jonas Brothers? You gotta watch for that. There are several applications you can get for your computer (CamCamX being a good one I'm told), where you can input video or an image in place of your webcam. So its easy to get video of a celebrity (like the Jonas Brothers clip, that is now becoming infamous), and see peoples reactions, or see how long you can mess with them. Still...hilarious.
