I'm an England supporter. That's as far as my football interest goes. I don't see much point in supporting a club unless its your home team. I live in the Midlands and yet do my family and friends support Coventry City or Birmingham, no, its Man U, Man U, Man U. Does my head in.

I agree about having a sense of loyalty to your home turf, mate. I grew up in Chelsea (the council end) so there was never any question that I would support another team and like you, glory hunters get right on my tits. As you`re a Midlands boy, you should give Aston Villa a go, they`re a class team and I`d support them over Birmingham any day.
