Okay...That is fine..But unfortunately New people can't post pics until they post at least 25 or 30 times. Then the system will alow them to post Pictures. Unless that has changed since I've been here..Maybe it has...
 
That hasn't change because it was never like that.
You cannot post LINKs when you have less than 25 posts, but you can upload pictures (in the forums where it is enabled) and post pics using the
