Circumcision question.

Will take about a month overall. Normally in the surgical dynamics of healing, from time of injury to healing with all things functional as before, averages 21 days.

Yes, there is some pain. Worst is being awakened with the pain from an erection after the surgery. For at least a day after the surgery it will be rather bothersome, then it will get less and less as time goes on, but you are looking at least a week of significant discomfort, then after about two weeks, things will significantly improve. Still will take at least the 3 weeks for possible functional playtime.

Lets put it this way, a friend just had it done and he lives with us. He has gone through 1 1/2 prescriptions of Percocet but now is doing fine. Was able to get out and about, but wore loose clothing. Now still not healed totally, but can't wait for it to get there (another week perhaps) and the over all results- he is happy with it.

i was circumcised at the age of 26.it took me about three weeks to heal completely.i only had pain the morning after due to an erection.after that pain-free.

You might consider tanking up on arnica before the surgery to help speed the healing... its a homeopathic remedy and works to absorb fluid build up between the cells (ie. swelling)... be sure to avoid any of the medications that thin your blood before (presumably your doctor will provide you with a list) the surgery.

I wouldn't do it either. Do you REALLY want some creepy Dr., fingering you down there??

Dude, grow up. It's a doctor... not some creep you meet on the net. He sees this all the time and it isn't anything sexual.

Mine was done when I was a baby as is traditional where I live.....
Cannot say I remember any pain, but then I was a baby.... :D

I've never been with a guy that wasn't cut so I cannot say anything about the sensitivity issue.... but I've always thought that a cut dick was more attractive than one that wasn't....

Just my opinion though. The dick is secondary after all.... Much rather have a great guy to be with... cut or uncut.

Please, please don't do it.
Have you examined the reasons you want it done? Is this cosmetic or do you get a lot of infections and the procedure was recommended? Are you doing this for someone else?
Will getting surgically altered change something for the better?
Please consider whether elective surgery is the answer and not a change in your beliefs about a cut cock vs uncut.
