About half a year ago I posted about my issue of being uncut, unable to pull the foreskin back when erect due to a phimotic ring (I could when soft) and unable to feel any sensation from blow jobs.

Thirteen days ago, I received a Partial Circumcision from a great surgeon. I drew a line on my penis near the tip showing him where I wanted to cut and hopped for my phimotic ring to be gone. Well, almost 2 weeks later, all cleaned up and able to search around and work with it a bit, it's not gone. And now I'm worried.

Before I had the procedure, I was able to pull my foreskin back whens soft. I had a little bit of extra foreskin going over my glans that was very narrow, but I could still pull it back to clean.

This is my serious issue: I cannot retract my foreskin AT ALL now. Not even to clean. Today in the shower, I had to pull open the ring like a deflated balloon, pouring water and soap into it and trying to clean it. I found it very troublesome and alarming. In addition to that, even though when I'm erect and some of my glans is exposed, it's not the whole thing as I wanted.


My follow up with my doctor is in two weeks. I know he's going to come back and say get a circumcision. I was looking up on this and came across this article:

Now, I have no idea if I even still have the frenulum breve because I can't see the back of my exposed glans! I tried feeling for it outside of it, but can't tell.

If the phimotic ring is like an elastic, can't he cut a tiny sliver in the back of the penis and cut the elastic so it'll come down my penis? I'm so tired of this and it's starting to take an emotional toll on me.

By the way, I have NEVER felt any sensation in my shaft, it's 100% in the head of the penis. I use my prepuce to masturbate, rubbing it against my glans firmly. I can still do it now and it still feels great. I believe sex will be better now, but now the new issue is cleanliness and well being.

You may just need to give it more time, but at the very least, here's my frenulum breve story.

I had frenulum breve and had it corrected about 2 years ago with frenuloplasty, pretty sure it was y-plasty. Best thing I ever did.

As with yourself, I couldn't retract my foreskin when erect (though by the sound of it your situation is much, much worse).

I knew I had frenulum breve because as I pulled my foreskin back, I could see the frenulum pulling really hard on my glans. This meant that it wasn't necessarily phimosis that was restricting it (though I definitely have a phimotic ring, just not a very tight one), it was the frenulum that was too short. Sex was very uncomfortable and often painful.

Now that I've had the surgery, I can retract the foreskin. Mind you, it's not perfect, since I can retract it just behind the glans (where I believe my phimotic ring has taken over restricting it). Very happy with it.

If you believe you need to go down this path, I say don't hesitate. Frenuloplasty is simple. I had a general anaesthetic, though when I was reading up on it prior to my surgery, many people seemed to have it do with a local, one guy getting it done on a lunch break from work.
 
Yeah it still is a little bit sore, and when I lie down on my belly I can feel the ring I'm talking about and its soreness.

I'm pretty sure my frenulum is gone though. I managed to pull open enough to look inside a bit in the back to see no real attachment.
 
After 13 days there's still probably residual swelling in the remaining foreskin, even if it doesn't look much it will still have an effect on the elasticity of what's left, it'll probably loosen more over time.
