Clay Aiken is a DOUCHE!

i cant stand him so i hate that he even came out with another album.
 
I saw Clay on Larry King last night..
Seems he is having some problems with panic attacks. Probably would help if he would come clean and admit he is gay.

His music? so so not a big fan, but sometimes enjoy listening to him
 
I had no clue about the song. I heard Kelly sing it on AI, I liked Kelly's version of it, which made me D/L Mariah's version, then I fell in love with the song.

I've heard all of the versons of the song and Clay's is the worst. It's seems over produced. It can't send the feeling in his songs. He sings like it's a job. He doesn't sing 'cause he cares for music. Which is why his carrer didn't last long.
 
Not a fan of his at all. Moreover, I get suspicious when a celebrity "claims" any connection with being gay. I know some of them really are but some of them also use it to attract attention (and publicity) to themselves. Even bad publicity is still publicity.

Well, yeah...he kinda is.

The thing is, on the one hand there's always the argument that it's
nobody's business if yer gay or not, and I agree with that...

But then again, nobody forced him into the 'public spotlight', he did that
on his own... And the fact that he's 28 and you've never seen him with a girl or anything combined with the way he acts in general makes even those without our 'gaydar' fairly sure what's going on with him.

Usually, I wouldn't care, but the way he dodges the Q everytime he is asked it really pisses me off. I'd prefer he lie and find some 'beard' and tell the world he's str8 as an arrow than to treat it like he does.

Watching him on Larry King, it's interesting how he compares the concept of 'admitting' he's gay to being a child admitting that he 'broke something' or cheated on a test in class... As if it's something to be ashamed of...

Read: 'Just another self-loathing fag.'

It's his own deal, but I wonder if he realizes the disservice he is doing to our community, especially to the young teen crowd who at least somewhat listens to him. To imply that it's no one's business is *much* different than to act as if it's something to be humiliated by.....

I don't want him to come out because I particularly care if he's gay. I want him to come out because I want ALL gay celebrities to come out. Each time it happens, we come closer to it not being a big deal. It shouldn't be news when someone is gay, but for now it is and we need to get past this phase to get to the next one.

Clay's as fake as a knockoff Rolex and about as interesting as a glass of water. Gay or not gay - who really cares anymore. As for the remake, I feel you on that one. I still don't get it where he's concerned.:confused:
 
I hope he stays in the closet. If he comes out that means he will be representing gays in a very public manner. Yuck. I mean really, do I want people associating me with him just because I'm gay. Ewwwww.
