So Im in college now, and I was friends with this kid in elementary school, and when we were young we used to fool around with each other, and I havnt seen him since 6th grade. So I run into him up here in college, and he's totally hot, but a total social outcast, he just doesn't have very good people skills, and he's not really "cool", but he totally has gay tendencies. And I have been watching him and talking with him over the past semester and he deffinetely could be gay, I just want to get drunk with him and see what happens, any advice?

Is it necessary to get drunk? Why don't you just invite him around and tell him that you'd like to fool around again?
 
Gay Tendencies + Social Outcast = relatively low risk situation for you. Maybe he just needs someone like you to take him under his wing and bring himi out of his shell. BTW, you are hot, so if he has any gay tendencies, I'm sure he'll jump at the chance to get with you again. No need to be drunk for that.

Start kinda tame to test the waters. Just say: "Hey we should grab lunch or a quick drink so we can catch up. What's your number?" Or to not seem pushy you can hold off asking for the number in case he says no. If he agrees, then ask the standard questions when you meet up. "Dating anyone?" etc...

p.s. I am in agreement with some of the other guys...you are seriously cute and I can hardly believe you have trouble meeting guys. Then again you could be on the shy side. Best of luck and feel free to PM with results or if you need anymore advice. ;)
