It's been three weeks now and no diarrhea, so I guess it was my diet (or the penicillin)? I'm eating yogurt once more which contains bacteria that helps digestion and I'm also eating cereal once more. Although, now I try and eat solid foods as well which seems to have gotten rid of the problem.
