There aren't really any games I'm interested in for the PS3 that I haven't already played on my 360, so I'm just going to wait until the price drops and/or some good games come out for it.
 
I can't afford it, but I will wait for my birthday 2007 when I'm able to get it, plus there might be a good selection of games Spring 2007.

I'm looking forward to Resident Evil 5, Fatal Frame 4, and Silent Hill 5, Silent Hill 5 is probably going to be another downer like Silent Hill 4, hopefully it won't.

A few days ago, an executive over at video game giant EA had gone on record saying that the number of PS3 units shipped in 2006 could be almost half of what was originally predicted. In what seems to be further fuel for the rumor fire, an anonymous employee of the electronics retailer, Best Buy, has informed Neowin that management let it slip out that Best Buy, itself, would be getting approximately half of the original number of units promised by Sony and is banking on Wii, 360, PSP, and PS2 sales to carrying gaming through the holidays.


Again, this information is not confirmed by Best Buy and is only word of mouth from someone inside the company. The next week or so will see the truth come out though, one way or the other I'm sure.
 
Uhm well the PS3 is not a laptop, i doubt the same would happen.
 
I saw a bunch of losers in line at Wal-Mart tonight. Doesn't it come out Saturday? I mean...wtf. You should start lining up tomorrow night. Whatever. I'm over Sony until FF13 comes out.
 
I finally got a chance to try a PS3 demo unit and I was totally unimpressed. Motorstorm looked pretty good but the performance/framerate was bad and it felt really slow. If anything it performs worse than the 360, and for the money it should be much much better. Also the NBA game demo looked awful.
 
I'm getting my PS3 next year, I bet all the PS3's right now are so fucking going to stop working after a while until they can better it up with a new model.
 
LOL its crazy my friend has camped out from yesterday. He just called me and saud he got one of the 100 tickets. He was so happy.

My gaming stopped with nintendo lol but he is a game freak.

Happy his quest was successfull.
 
I just got an email from GameStop/EBGames saying they'll have pre-orders online starting tomorrow afternoon for the 20GB model...if anyone cares. I think only bundles are available so expect to pay like $1200.00 for the 20GB PS3 plus a shit load of retarded games + accessories.
