hi guys, i need help. when i top my bf i keep getting cramps and its driving me up the wall. i dont suppose anyone can give me advise to try and stop this from happening so often. cheers

Bananas and potassium is the answer, the most probably one. And if that fails, just go to doctor and explain him...

Unless he is just faking it because he doesn't like you topping him. In which case you should talk to him about it. Does he cramp during all kinds of sex, or just when you top?

you must be giving your legs to much pressure. try to move your upper body and not the hips down when humping.

Could be 2 things...diet: lacking in some sort of minerals/vitamins etc, and/or exercise. Not sure whether you do or don't, but I find sex almost 'cramp-less' after I've exercised, and especially after some streching exercises in order to warm up the muscles and to keep limbre. For me, having better sex is a great motivator (and I need one!) for exercising and keeping fit :-)

Drink more water...muscles cramp up when you are dehydrated.

I was just going to suggest this :)

I used to get cramps (those dreaded "charlie horses") in my legs sometimes too, but now that I drink lots of water, I don't get them anymore.

Try that first and see if it helps. Voyons is right, dehydration can cause cramping of the muscles.
