On the Prowl
A few years back, I created a spreadsheet to calculate how much spunk I'd produced since starting back when I was eleven. Not only the amount of semen, but other interesting stats such as how many hardons I'd had since that time, and even how much my sperm is worth! It took a bit of research and getting my head around spreadsheet formulas (zzzz) but it worked!

Your current age
How old you were when you first started ejaculating
How many ejaculations you enjoy per week (on average)
How much cum you shoot (average is 3.5ml - a teaspoonful). I shoot 10ml so am above average... you might be more than the average too... just use your best guess (or measure it!)
How many individual ropes of jizz you experience when you shoot - I average 7.
