I'm not a urologist, but you might want to have that checked out by a doctor. That "little something extra" could be something other than what you think.
I have had it checked out, thank you. It is prostatic fluid. The doc said when your bladder is full, it presses against your prostate and the internal pressure to "fully empty" your bladder can sometimes result in the prostate emptying itself as well. Kind of like those Kiegel exercises posted here.
On another note, the same doc recently gave me a digital prostate exam and his finger went in the normal length, he pressed around and I thought he was through when he gave me a couple of extra hard pushes that I've never had from a doc before. It made me go, "Hmm, that's interesting".
