I'd say that I 'autocum' about 50% of the time when I'm getting fucked. For me, the phenomenon is more psychological than physiological: if I'm really into my top, I get caught up in the gestalt of some beautiful guy's hard masculinity moving in and out of me, and I just shoot. The percentage is much higher if I'm with a guy for the first time.

Well, that's only partly true. It is a combination of nerve stimulation and chemicals in all actuality. It's a bit different for different people. However, I think psychological factors play a very important, although not necessarily exclusive, role.
