I'm disappointed they are shying away from his all but certain homosexuality, but it was good, I watched it illegally, I can only afford one premium channel at a time, and while I may catch up with Da Vinici's demons later on, Game of Thrones takes priority.

Not impressed with the first episode. Really tired of the gay=bad straight=good story lines. For the gay characters it's old ugly men with young boys and something bad happens. With the straight ones the love scenes are beautiful and enjoyable.

I'm sick of this.

Anyway, I'll record it and scan through it for hopes of a change of pace in that department.

I think is pretty good. We should give it a chance and stop judging on one episode alone. The creator already siad he wasn't going to shy away from the gay side of Da Vinci and so did Tom.

The Backlot ran interviews, promotions, etc for the show based on his promise of exploring the bisex/gay side- when they didn't- Backlot did a big article calling him out and refused to run any stories/etc on the show again.
