Okay I've found out a way to download the video, i had to go a real arseways way to find the dailymotion link but thats not whats important, whats important is that i found a way to get it! So give me a minute so I can download it and convert it, and ill post the link

But if you want to get the file yourself, here's how:

1. Click on the link to the blog, and then save the webpage to your desktop.

2. Open the saved webpage using Notepad or Wordpad etc, and then search the document (using CTRL-F) for 'dailymotion' or whatever website the video is from.
You should find a link e.g. http://www.dailymotion.com/swf/4FLWhrttFpynT7o7V Copy the link into your browser to check that the link is the right one.

3. Go to javimoya.com/blog/youtube_en.php and input the link in the box, making sure to select the website e.g. DailyMotion, YouTube etc.

4. Click download, making sure to 'Save target as' and save as the .flv filetype.

5. Download a video converter, such as CinemaForge and use the program to convert the video to something you can actually watch on your computer, e.g as a wmv etc.

6. Enjoy! and now you don't have to worry about links disappearing. This works for almost all videos, obviously you can skip to step 3 if you already have the link to the video.
