This the season! Darlene Love sang her holiday hit "Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)" on the David Letterman show...for 28 Decembers. But David retired
Not to worry! "The View" asked her the following December...and this will be her 5th annual "The View" appearance. In 2019 it will air Friday, Dec. 20.

Nice to see this! Also, Darlene Love and her sister Edna Wright (who you could frequently see as a backing vocalist in the Letterman performance) were the awesome background vocalists on this Whitney Houston version of "Do You Hear What I Hear?" - love the gospel call-and-response arrangement:
