Has anyone been watching? The last couple of episodes have been really terrible.... not that I was ever a fan of Marco but the episode where he comes back as a Student teacher was horrible ... his acting was never this bad. I hope it gets better.

I only watch it just to watch. The last few "new" episodes on The-N aired in Canada months ago and I watched those online a while back. Its hardly what it was back in the early 2000s.
Maybe its because I'm the same age as everyone who's left (Marco, Emma, Jimmy), but I still watch. And Sav continuously grows on me. Not the character so much, but the actor. Pretty cute

they're basically recycling the plots from the older episodes, just with suspiciously similar characters. except now they also have a couple of hot rich twins (guy and girl) into the mix. at least i think they're twins; they're brother and sister who are the same age. i honestly am enjoying the newer stuff...
i feel like lately they're starting to parody themselves and point out degrassi's preventable and predictable drama. like when anya didn't have safe sex, holly j scolded her and said "there's a condom machine in the bathroom!"

I only watch the Riley episodes. And according to the guy who plays him, Argiris Karras, there are more this season, but I don't know when the fuck they're going to show them.
I love Declan and his sister. I heard that for season 10 they will switch it to soap opera style and air possibly five days a week. Anyway, I was really surprised with Marco's acting that is all. I still love the show and I feel that Clair is really pulling the show.

Yep that'll be interesting. After the Degrassi Takes Manhattan movie in June, Season 10 will be 48 episodes aired @ 8 Mon-Thurs for six weeks.
They say Degrassi always does better in the summer, so I wonder how it'll affect ratings.
