Deus Grego

Just saw this myself. I dont know how to get invited either, and I loved that blog!
 
I checked it daily and it was gone AGAIN. This happens every so often and I've yet to find out how to get invited. There's never any advance notice or explanation as to who to email. Eventually it will probably reopen. Hopefully.
 
This is the reply I got from Renato Madeira, the guy who runs the Deus Grego blog (I'm not sure exactly what he means since my Portuguese is not good and the English translation is almost unintelligible):

Bani o Binho do grupo porque ele publicava num outro blog todos os nossos videos com os titulos originais, assim causando o apagamento dos links.
Por vingança ele está denunciando tudos os links.

Blog was closed. Great part of links had been denounced by the Binho. I banished the Binho of the group therefore it published in one another one blog all ours links with the original titulos causing the deletion.
For revenge it is erasing everything.

You mean that it was hapened before? Well if it is, then i hope it will available again soon :( . It's my fave too.....

Since the site and Yahoo group was in Portuguese, I didn't even attempt it. I was going to join a regular Yahoo group once and it looked like you had to set up a profile and tell them why you wanted to join, etc. It was a whole lot of trouble to be able to access some pictures. I do have a Yahoo ID and password though for Yahoo?

Hopefully the site will reappear as it's done in the past. Deus is usually listed in the list of links in the margins on other sites. Before when it disappeared, some weeks later I clicked on it in a links list, and there it was again.

I am native Spanish speaker with some basic knowledge of Portuguese (it looks like so far we have enjoyed some "machine translations";)). It says:
Blog is closed. Almost all links have been turned off, denounced by Binho. I banned Binho from the group as he was posting on a different blog all our links with their original title, causing those links to be turned off. To get back, he is denouncing all links.

Meanwhile, we'll have to be patient and hope it will be up again soon(!)
 
THe group is also closed. Theres nothing there as far as I can tell.
 
Whoever is Binho, I dont like him. He seems to have caused all the denunciations at our expense.

For some reason, I thought he always had a Yahoo Group. There was something about a Group at the top of the website, but of course I couldn't read it.
I have a Yahoo ID and password, but once you get into the site, it looks like you have to be a member of that particular Group. To do that, it looks like you have to complete a questionnaire and tell in 200 words why you want to be a member. I saw that once when I looked at one in English. I'm hoping he comes back with the public site as he's done numerous times. Until then ---
