Understanding the disclaimer that your interpretation of what is on my dick is no substitute for real medical advise, I ask if anyone has easy diagnosis of this red spot with minor crust on one side.
Thx for any insight.

Probably an obstructed oil gland. Try sqeezing the oil out. Unless it has been there a long time, I would not rush to the doctor.

Well, kind of hard to see and with no background info, kind of difficult to diagnose. Could be a ton of things, syhpillis, herpes, a zit, etc. Any pain? discharge? Testicular pain? Any other symptoms?

It's difficult to tell from the image but given the location and the general description, it is probably a sebaceous cyst. A dermatologist can give you a definitive diagnosis.

An attempt to squeeze it out cannot hurt.
I wouldn't recommend squeezing an inclusion cyst that did not appear to be erupted to the surface of the skin. These cysts are usually loculated masses of sebum that can also have some bacteria trapped inside. If the cyst ruptures back into the skin it can cause the area to become inflamed or occasionally form an abcess. Because of the location, it would be safer to have a dermatologist lance and drain it.
