Welcome To The Dollhouse came out this week. I listened to the whole thing on mtv.com last week and I was blown away so I went out and bought it.

From Track 1 to the end it is a pretty amazing album. Danja's contributions are SICK!! (Bad Girl, Pretty Boy, Striptease) and the slow songs are scorching too. I'm glad they included the theme song to the latest season of Making the Band (Ain't Going featuring the guys Day 26) because every time the credits rolled on the show I was like "great song! where can I get it??"

Any-hoo.....amazing album & I wish the girls continued success!

NOTE: The album's expected to debut at Number One next week on the Billboard200 so that would make back-to-back Number One Albums for the girls. :=D:

I love the album. Unlike their first album I don't love every track though. I really like Poetry. I think it's the best on their album. I also like Damaged, Sucka for Love, Pretty Boy, Bad Girl

.

Great album!

Dawn is a beast with the vocals!

I love all the uptempo electro pop ditties...

but my TWO most faves are actually the slower serious songs
"Poetry" and "Is Anybody Listening?"

and then "Damaged" too, so catchy

I love the interludes too... wish Flashback was a full song.

No real complaints aside from they should've left off "Key to My Heart" which kinda sux IMO,
and instead used the song that my boy Seven produced for them called "She Can't Love You"
[this was shown on tv and they actually recorded it]

.

I bought it at midnight the day it was released!

From start to finish, it's a really solid sophomore album. Definitely trumps the first album. The sound/genre they are doing now is some much better than that faux-lite hip-hop/r&b they were doing.

Favorites:

Bad Girl
Damaged
Pretty Boy
2 of You
Ecstasy
Secret Place
Flashback
Is Anybody Listening
Sucka For Love
Lights Out
Strip Tease
Ain't Going
Make Me Sick (bonus track)

Hell, I like the whole thing. It's been playing on repeat straight through for a week now.

really feeling the cd from start to finish.

Especially feeling Damaged, Ecstasy, Bad Girl, Lights Out, Pretty Boy, Striptease, Poetry and...ah hell the whole damn cd is hot. Seriously enjoyed this one way more than Danity's first one.

yeah i like this cd better than their first. im excited for their tour hope they come down here

CONGRATS LADIES!!!!!!!!!

Billboard.com:

Danity Kane's "Welcome to the Dollhouse" goes straight to the penthouse on The Billboard 200, the second No. 1 in a row for the group. The MTV "Making the Band 3" troupe, signed to Diddy's Bad Boy imprint, moved 236,000 copies of its sophomore effort in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Danity Kane's 2006 self-titled debut also started at the top, with 234,000.

It's only March, but "Dollhouse" enjoys the second-biggest sales week of the year. Only Jack Johnson's "Sleep Through the Static" had a bigger bow when it debuted at No. 1 with 375,000 in February. "Static" falls 4-5 in its seventh week on the chart with 67,000, despite a 21% increase.
