Urinary tract infections usually have two sources - from another person (usually during sex) or from self-infection (usually from bacteria from the groin/anus).
The two bacteria that showed up in your culture are very commonly found in the colon. So, one of two things has happened- either bacteria from your groin contaminated the urine specimen (which happens quite often) or you have those bacteria somewhere in your urinary tract. UTIs can be a challenge to eliminate- some are resolved with a single dose of antibiotics while others may take a longer course of antibiotics. It's something the urologist will need to evaluate.
