What do you guys think...??? So far Disney plan Maleficent 2, Alice in Wonderland 2, The Jungle Book, Beauty and the Beast, Dumbo, Mulan, Pinocchio, and a prequel to Aladdin.

Yes they are definitely cashing in.
Having made such recent box office bombs with John Carter and The Lone Ranger, I'm sure they thought... Fuck it, let's remake the shit out of our classic animated films. Regardless of quality of material and face fucking the original concepts.

I don't know if they're cashing in, but I think some of those movies are going to be a disaster. I mean, 'Winnie the Pooh'? Not only does a Pooh not exist, but where in hell are they going to find a tiger that can bounce on its tail?

At first I was happy with all these live action remakes especially after seeing how well Cinderella turned out but now even I am starting to think it's a bit over the top.

I don't know, maybe it'll be good. I'm intrigued by who they will get to play merlin and morganna.
