Actually, it is possible to love a person and not like that person. Speaking to your statement though, it's when it's about pure animal instinct not an emotional bond. If you absolutely hate the person, it's a different matter.

Unfortunately, that happens a lot more than you might think. I knew a guy like that. No matter how sexy the guy was, or how nice a personality he had, if he didn't measure up, he was out of the running.
