Hi,
You guys have been so helpful and lovely before that I figured I'd come here with this. A few weeks ago, I had unprotected sex as a top. I was also in the woods around the same time with my friend and I developed these bug bites on my legs, thighs, and mostly butt area. They're slightly starting to fade, but they're still lingering and I'm wondering if they're something more sinister.

There's also this strange red bump at the bottom of my penis that feels raw, but not terribly painful or anything. I have no idea what it is. One of my friends has herpes and I've seen those and it doesn't look like that to me. Those are usually bigger or pinker.

I've attached a few pictures of the bumps. IMG_5762.jpg

Can someone please help me figure out what this and if I have anything to be worried about.

Thanks so much.

You are already worried and it's on your penis.
Even if it's just bug bites, go see a Doctor!

By al means, see a doctor. Syphilis starts with a chancre on the penis which goes away after awhile, but the disease remains. Penicillin woild cure it, if that is what it is.

Absolutely see a physician ASAP. Don't be hesitant or embarrassed. They've see everything and want to help you.

Maybe you should also ask the person whom you have unprotected sex with.

If he is clean, then at least you know that he didn't pass any STDs to you.

No, no, no. Ask if you wish, but do not believe or rely upon what he says. No one wants to admit to your face that he gave you a disease. If he has a disease and was honest he would have told you before sex. If he was dishonest then, he will be dishonest when you ask.

Yes, because I am sure he is going to respond "yes, I have syphillis, herpes, crabs and chlamydia." Perhaps you should have asked him before having sex with him, but the point is 95% of people are not going to honest. The suggestion that just asking someone and taking their word for it is enough is absurd.

If the guy whom you have unprotected sex with, if his genitals does not have any visible warts ,red marks, red bumps.....isn't that a clear sign that he is clean??
