Do i have cancer? Issue ive had for a year

hey man. some guys get inflammation of the prostate, technically known as prostatitis. if this has been a serious problem for you for a year, you should see your doc. it's probably not cancer, you are way too young.

sometimes guys get infections of their prostates and that makes the prostate hurt. other times it just gets inflamed after having sex...aspirin, tylenol might help with that type of pain.

any blood with ejaculation? blood with peeing? blood after sex?

Ok sometimes RIGHT when i cum my prostate hurts like being squeezed really hard and i try to hold back from screaming.... it hurts like hell and 4 days ago something happened that has never happened before... after i came.. i had to pee and that pain hit me as i was peeing! What could this be?

See a doctor man.... it's probably not what you fear, but it's best to check it out. And do it soon. The worst thing you can do is let your imagination run away with you.
It's probably something that can be treated quickly, and who knows, it may not even need treatment. Could be something that is just a passing thing.
You get it checked out right away.... and let us know the results. OK?

Yeah I'm with the guys here, see your Doc, it may be that you've just have an enlarged prostate, and won't be anything major, as it treatable without surgery. Don't put yourself through hell, ring the Doc, get it checked.

Sounds very much like prostatitis to me. I suffered with it when I was in my early 20's and not only did it make ejaculating uncomfortable, it also made my cum look grey and 'globuley'. I was put on an assortment of antibiotics over a period of several months and eventually, the condition cleared up (mostly of its own accord, I think). Fortunately, I've never had a relapse.

It's highly unlikely that you have anything too serious but you do need to go see the Doc about it, okay? You'll be fine!

Still, don't risk it. If it's a persistent problem, you should go see your doctor. It'd be a terrible to suffer tomorrow for something you could have caught and treated today.

If its BPH (prostate enlargement), its still considered natural to have. But 19 y/o is way too young to have it. Even if you did, it could mean your body is 40-50 y/o! If I were you, there's only one thing in my mind right now. "Get a Doctor. NOW!"

it's not cancer, but it will not go away on its own...sounds like prostatitis, inflammation of the prostate. some antibiotics will probably help. go to your doctor for them.

A few things, worrying will not help change,
so see a doctor, (urologist), and describe fully what is happening.
It is probably not someting to do with the prostate, for most of those are not painful which is why they are so difficult to diagnose.
Instead, it is probably a problem of the epididymus, and infection which is called epididymitis which is an infection which is caused by a back flow of urine into a narrow passgeway. It can, but does not always cause the balls to swell a lot and that is painful as well as when you ejaculate.

Do tell the doctor's office you want an appointment as soon as possible. He may recommend seeing you in an emergency room.
