Hi!
I am considering buying a television by LG. I was wondering if anyone on here had one, and if you'd comment about your satisfaction with it. Thanks!

We have 4 LG's.

and we love them, only brand I will buy. We have a

06' older 42" Plasma flat panel that still works great and clear but a bit heavier than our newer ones

2013 32" LCD flat that we use for our PC monitor great picture

2014 39" LED flat that is clear as hell great picture

2013 55" LCD Hi def that is great with our Bose surround

we had a 2013 Samsung but did not like it, sold it to a friend

Crisp clear picture. Smart technology. No complaints.

Thanks, guys. I appreciate the positive comments. I plan to purchase one next week! ..|

I have a 37" LCD LG TV. It was really good especially liked the 24p feature which looks really good when watching Blu-ray movies. I've tried the same feature on other brand TVs (Sharp, Toshiba, etc) but I see this really nasty ghosting effect which probably means the TV is not meant for 24p playback.

I have a 32" LCD LG TV. I'm satisfied with it, the pictures look nice in full hd and it's very flat with a slim frame.
Maybe the software could be somewhat better but for the price I paid it I can't complain.

I have a couple of LG TVs. I think their TVs are good, but Panasonic for example is better. But, I don't think most people will notice the difference.

There are two things you should know. My experience with LG leads me to believe they are sensitive to power surges. So, be sure and get a good surge protector.

The other issue only matters if you going to be using "off the air" signals. Surprisingly, Funai made TVs have more sensitive tuners. This bothers me because LG owns most of patents on the ATSC tuners and I think their tuners should be better than they are. Don't get me wrong their tuners are good they're just not great.

Overall, these are minor issues. So, yes I would buy an LG....just be sure to use a surge protector.
