I agree for the most part.
They do have a good concept but are executing it very poorly. These are the gripes I have with the whole FM "franchise":

Customer/tech support is so lacking on their sites that it might as well be nonexistant. And maybe it's just his personality, but often times Jasun comes across as a wee bit too condescending and rude.

Site issues:
- The once-a-week updates on FM.tv are not worth the price of admission IMHO. And they're almost always late, too. Used to be every Saturday there would be an update but over the past several weeks/months they've hardly stuck to that schedule.
- Why was the size of the LIVE! show webcam window decreased? You can hardly see anything now since it's so small.
- They also take their sweet ass time in archiving past live shows. Jasun would tell members to get on John's case but that never seemed to work. They also talked about getting an automatic system in place, but that has never come to fruition.
- On FMtv, they claim they have updated all their photosets/videosets with downloadable links. However, that doesn't appear to be the case as there are still LOTS of dead links especially in their older sets.
- They also claim that they got rid of DRM completely on FMtv, but some of their older updates still have DRM-protected links and it is downright annoying.
- The blog they have on both FMtv and the Fratpad are rarely updated, too. But even when they are, the "exclusive" content they post is mediocre at best. Not to mention the formats these blogs use are not too user-friendly (especially FMtv's blog...talk about a browser-crashing format!).
- Fratpad's site, like you mentioned, is also showing signs of neglect. How hard is it to keep an updated roster, for example? The antics section is a joke as well (for all the wrong reasons). Don't get me started on the prices of private shows. Talk about highway robbery.
- Last, but certainly not least, I'm also wary that Fratpad's billing merchant is an unknown one: Interset. They don't have a site and there is no way to find information on them, like CCBill, or NetBilling. Kind of sketchy for one to divulge their personal information to a merchant that they have no way of researching easily.
That is just my honest assessment of a group that has the potential to be among the elite in their genre. But as of now, they are far from that IMO. I hope things improve quickly.
