Yes everyone is different but I personally have not experienced any issues outside of the occasional soreness from not enough lube or slight digestive discomfort for the next day but I clean myself out completely so that’s to be expected. I suppose it COULD; however, that has not been my experience. Soreness from not using enough lube, an extended fuck session, or an aggressive pounding is typical and expected. There is no reason anal sex done reasonably should damage your manhole. I've been using my hole for years, starting while I was still a virgin, and I'm still as tight as ever!
