So perhaps I wipe my ass too hard, but when you take a really bad dump, and you use. Lot of toliet paper, does your butthole ever get sore or a small cut ( not saying a lesion ). If so, and youre bottoming, what do you do?
 
What kind of TP are u useing that would make small cuts.

never heard of Tp that hard that could do that
 
They're not really small cuts, but it feels like the skin is very irritated. A little blood may show up. Perhaps I'm wiping too hard. It's kinda like playing with your ass without any lube so it'll have that raw feeling and you'll notice it afterwards
 
By "really bad dump" I assume you mean a large piece of feces that causes straining and stings/hurts when passing. Yes this has happened to most of us at one time or the other. A dab of any kind of first aid cream should give relief.
To clean yourself invest in a $40.00 DIY bidet. Simple to install and gets you squeaky clean, you just use a small amount of paper to dry with.

And improve your diet. Eat lots of fresh, raw fruits and vegies. Out of season you can eat 3-4 prunes every couple of days. And go to the restroom immideately when you have to, don't hold it in for a more conventient time.

Blueberries are in season now. Go to a blueberry farm and pick them fresh. Their really good for you.

I agree the moist wipes are good. Try and get the ones that dissolve in the toilet so you can just drop them in after use.

After you shower, maybe you can try putting some ointment with vitamin E around the hole so it's not as irritated.
 
A lot of aestheticians discourage use of paper products on the face because the food fibers in paper are irritating to tender areas of body. Since most brands of TP are wood-paper based, it's not surprising that you might find them irritating.

As several posters have commented, cotton-based bathroom towellettes are both much less irritating and they do a much better job of cleaning than dry toilet paper.
 
Use a bibet, especially a hand bibet. Much much better than toilet paper.
