Donnie Klang (or Donnie J) from Making the Band has his solo album coming out soon (late April/early May) and from the leaked stuff so far it sounds like it'll be really good. Of course he's working with the best producers (it's Bad Boy, after all.....) so you know the beats are going to be SICK!!

meh...."Take You There" is alright I think it has to grow on me....but the other ones I think I need to hear finished products cause right now....uh uh....not liking them....and I don't hear any female voice on "Celebrity Love" so I don't think Britney's on that song.....

Well I hate this kind of pop music..but I must say Danity and Day 26's material are far superior to the crap thrown Donny J's way...i think he got the short end of the...well you know, that kind of r and b singer stick.

And plus that producer of his is wacked out of his fucking mind!!!! lol

The top two videos are down, so I'm basing my opinion on the last two. I agree, Donnie got the short end of the stick as far as songs go. They are too "synth," for R&B (I'd even say pop doesn't sound so.....off). It just does not suit him. Throw in the chorus/song title themselves are crap. "Paging Dr. Love..." yeah, from what little I heard, I won't like it. Celebrity Love was also....meh. I feel bad for him. I think they didn't spend near enough time with him as they did with the other two.

If his music doesn't go anywhere, at least he's a very good-looking young man, the pickings aren't slim, he should start with the heiresses to date with, not to use, he could find one of those girls to fall in love with and marry, and the added bonus, the girl would provide him with security.

That's my good homey Seven Aurelius, his work is PHENOMENAL.

I just wish he had picked a better artist to give his production to than lame-o Donnie...

I was watching the new season last night and Donnie does look better than ever. I finally got rid of that ridiculous tan and highlights. His dancing is not too good. He doesnt seemed to be a natural performer. I do like him and wish him the best. He's gonna need luck dealing with Diddy's BS.

I don't think his album will get totally slept on because a lot of people do like him and he's a got a lot of promotion from the show. But no one really sells huge nowadays.
