hmm occasionally, especially after long periods of no sex/masturbation, when I do jack off, I get a dull pain in the prostate area. Occasionally it's also at the tip of my penis, or in both places. Most often it's in the prostate area. First I even thought it's in the ass area, but it's more likely to be in the prostate.

Anybody knows why ?

My wild guess is that after my pipes haven't been used in a while, they get a bit more sensitive when I use them again. So when I do use them they either stretch or see ejaculation as a foreign substance and instantiate pain? Or maybe orgasm creates too much tension and some parts of sensitive tissue gets bruised. I don't know, this doesn't even make sense to me, so that's why I'm posting.

it lasted about half an hour and then went away.

so I'm fine now.

What you're describing is prostatitis. The prostate is an organ that likes consistency. If you go through periods where you're not having sex or masturbating, then when you resume sexual activity your prostate can feel achy and sore.

The way to avoid this is to get into a more consistent schedule of having sex. If you don't have a partner, then get out the lube and give it a whack.

I've had this before. It's nothing to worry about. I can't say exactly what causes it. The body doesn't see it as a foreign substance though, so no worries there. I think it is probably more muscular in nature in that those are muscles not used that much if you don't j/o regularly and so they are sore afterwards. That's my best guess.
