I got two of the books for christmas and i'm about 1/2 way through the second. i think they are really good espically considering the author is only like...what i think the back of the cover says he's 19?

i still have not seen the movie though and i'm not sure now i want too. i maybe should have seen the movie first so as not to be disappointed that it doesn't follow the book. but we'll see. i might see if it's still playing at the local theater that shows older movies that are past their prime in other theaters. lol.
 
From what I hear, most people are condemning the book as much as they do the movie.
