That is the coolest thing ever, wish I had one. I'd be afraid of falling off it though.
 
I wonder what the weight limit for this would be.

I've seen these being used by law enforcement here in Florida. Especially in shopping malls and outdoor events and in the parks.
 
I think I'd feel safer with one of these, with a seat and handles.
