Tonight in the U.S. - set your clocks back an hour. I hate this. It takes a few minutes for the clocks and a week or more for my body to adjust.

We should adjust the clock by 30 minutes one more time, and then stop doing it altogether.

We did it last week. It's always the last Sunday in October here. I don't find that I have any difficulty in adjusting; it's just an extra hour in bed.

It's going to get dark earlier. Nice.

Breaking News soon right here....

I noticed a few other states don't have to do this but the rest have to it should be left out and leave it alone. I just hate to change clocks and get use of the change

Not Good. That was already tried in the early '70s and everyone hated it because little kids were going to school in the morning in the dark. Parents were having a fit. Let's not repeat the same mistake; we will though.

I think if you look at most schools in this country start their classes at 8 AM or later. The sun is up well before that time during DST and definitely it's light on standard time. Even if the student has to ride a bus for an hour to get to school by 8 AM, they are not riding in the dark. Here in Dallas, TX, sunrise is around 6:50 AM this time of year, so that is definitely not "dark"

So, you'll be getting a one hour 'do over' in the middle of the night.

Try to be having a wonderful wet dream at the time.

I'm telling you what happened. They tried it. Parents didn't like it because their kids were going to school in the dark. It ended after a one year. THAT WAS THE REASON. I've said this in several places and people deny it. Why the fuck doesn't anyone believe the facts? This is what happened when it was tried!

The year Daylight Saving Time went too far

So I slept in until 6am.

But it was actually still 5 am.

So no change for me.

I hate daylights savings and driving to work in the dark. I like when its day light longer.
