Tough list to choose from here. They have all had their moments. I chose Edina though. I always thought that she did the most absurd things. Her and her side kick Patsy have given me plenty of chuckles.

Karen was tempting, but I had to go with Arrested Development--Lucille was just subtle enough to be real. And just the fact that Liza Minella was her arch-enemy deserves a nod.

Karen: A Vodka tonic

Jack: Oh we don’t have a Liquor license

Karen: I do (and she reaches into her bag and pulls out a bottle of Vodka and a shot glass)

3) Rosie : Here’s your vodka tonic

Karen: I wanted hot cider

Rosie: (without going anywhere waits 2 seconds) Here’s your hot cider
