Ok, I'm making something tonight. And I'm looking for suggestions on what I should make.

Lets get some input, what are your favorite dinners? :help:

SUGGESTIONS PLEASE! (!)

I am very simple: Roast beef, mashed potatoes and brocoli would just do for me.

That sounds good, but i'm not really big on broccoli.

I'll think about it. I guess.

I was thinking something with rice.

Spanish rice, sauteed with red and green peppers, garlic and vadalia onion.

Sautee the veggies until tender, add the rice, and five minutes before serving, add the shrimp (be careful not to overcook the shrimp).

Serve with bagettes and a green salad.

^My boyfriend's favorite dish I make for him.

Me? Meatloaf, garlic mashed potaotes, corn, broccoli, corn bread and a beer. Yumm.

^^I forgot the gravy, which makes everything taste better. ..|

Sometimes the simpler things are more appealing.
I'll frequently eat a salad and pasta with sauteed garlic and the garlic infused olive oil.
If you're diabetic or diatetic, there are some great whole wheat pasta available now.
A nice veggie dish is fresh asparagus ( four or five a bundle, wrapped in prosciutto) and oven roasted with minced garlic and a drizzle of olive oil.

There's something about a stew that really hits me, even though it's not a traditional dish for my family.

But I do love a steaming curry. MMMM!

Dungeness crab, Caesar salad and garlic bread

or

this pasta that my mom makes with brie, gorgonzola, walnuts and bowtie pasta. It's called Pasta Bella (but there are variations).
