This year had some pretty decent movie releases, although there is stuff I haven't seen yet that I'd like to.

I liked: This Is Where I Leave You, Maleficent, Chef, Godzilla, Calvary (one of the best), Life after Beth, Rio 2, The Unexpected Life

Indifferent: Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, Noah

I disliked: The Grand Budapest Hotel, Boyhood, Gone Girl, Exodus: Gods and Kings, Neighbors (they made me see this ), Sex Tape (this one too), Qu'est-ce qu'on a fait au Bon Dieu?, Obvious Child, El Niño

The Raid 2 - By far the best action movie I have seen in ages.
Snowpiercer - Fantastic movie all around.

Honorable mentions:

Need For Speed was a fun movie.
Dracula Untold was pretty mindlessly fun as well.

I didn't see many films this year but for me captain America:winter soldier takes the cake. Such a suprising and amazingly well told story
