Favorite Wii Game

I was going to pick up Super Paper Mario the other day, but since I had it reserved and couldn't pick it up for a week, they didn't have any at Gamestop. I could look somewhere else, but I still have some money on the reserve. The guy said he'll call when they get more. I guess I had some poor planing.

Definitely buy the reserve from Gamestop. I was there last week reserving games only to find out I had a bunch reserved that I'd forgotten about. Not only will they not give you your money back if you change your mind after the game has released but they won't let you combine reserves on one game. With YOUR money.

If you reserve from GS, you better be buying is essentially what they're trying to say. Otherwise they'll steal your money.

I must have skipped over that Pit of 100 trails thing because I have no idea what the hell you're talking about ILLBFIRE. Luckily we can go back. I think I will sometime this weekend.

I hope they put the original Super Smash Bros on the Wii Virtual console. That game still costs 49.99 here in Canada. And it came out with the Gamecube years ago.

They'll never do that for one simple reason: the Wii already is 100% backwards compatible with GC games. The only way you can play NES or SNES games on the Wii is through the virtual console, hence the reason for it.

Your gamestop won't let you move reserve money around, that fucking sucks I just did that not to long ago at my local GS and they didn't give me any trouble.

The pit of 100 trails is like a mini challange in the game.

I will come back to that part later in the game, that way I can built up my HP points.

Right now I am stuck in the game, I do not know how to past a certain point of the chapter I am in right now.

What part is it? Maybe I can help? If not, there's always Gamefaqs. I've been trying to avoid using a faq for the game so far. I've only just had to use it in 5-2.

Glo unit, it's actually company policy that they not allow you to stack reserves or get your money back once it becomes 'reserve money' as I've encountered this same thing at a few Gamestops.

That being said, I have actually come across people who either don't know or don't care and have let me combine reserves for one game. I've even been able to use reserve money to purchase a game entirely without cash or credit. I guess it just depends on who you get but I think it's a really shitty policy, especially when they always push those reserves on you so hard.

Nevermind. I found it. I skipped out on 30 because I didn't want to play anymore right then. Do you have to do them all over again if you leave? What's the point of it?

You will have to start all over again. The good thing is if you finish all 100, then not only will you get a prize ( I hope so anyway) but you leave with even more HP life and attack points.

I am stuck on the stage where you have to bomb the blue and pink icons. I make it to the last pink one but then I do not know where I have to go to get to the red door.

That is a very shitty policy and would imagine it only losses them customers. Oh well I guess I should be happy the people my local GS are nice enough about this.

I'm sure they will make Mario Kart sooner or later. They know it is something expected.

I think i'll have to pick up Pario Mario next time i've got the money.

Uhm I think I said that the original Smash Bros. was in the Nintendo 64. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smash_bros That will definitely make it to the VC at some point.

Oooops...I left out part of that post. I knew the original SSB game is for the N64...I still play it for time to time. I should of said that SSB Melee is still 49.99 and it came out years ago. Must still be a big seller.

i have cooking mama but only played like 4 times so far.. and i've had it for like 2 weeks. I dunno, i love cooking, but the first few times i played it it was so boring. u just peel a potato.. oooooo.. then you dice an onion. i dunno... is it a fun game with friends? i'll have to get some of those. (friends)

I know what you mean about Cooking Mama. I can only play it in short bursts because it's so precise and tedious but I do enjoy it. It's really fun playing against a friend because half the time neither of us know what were going so it's fun figuring it out.

Quanchi I almost bought Sonic after the poor reviews just for that aspect to have another game to play with friends, but I decided to wait for MP8 once it got a 'solid' release date.

I haven't gotten a new Wii game since Wii Play. However in the next few months there are a few I will get. Resident Evil: UC, NIGHT, and Super Smash Bros. are all games I plan to get.

Right Now its Metroid Prime 3 Corruption and Mario Strikers Charged.
Anyone want to exchange friends code for Mario Strikers and play each other?
