they wear sparkles and bright colors, have fabulous flat ironed hair with long bangs that they swing around, and flit around all day saying "You Go Gurl" while snapping their fingers.

These are some examples I've seen over the years but by no means all inclusive.
Physical/looks: long hair w/o facial hair, Obsessive-compulsive shaving of face and/or the rest of the body, long fingernails, deliberately underweight with no valid medical reason, unisex clothes, effeminate looking clothing, excessive jewelry, failure to maintain normal physical strength&coordination through exercise and manual work.
Lisping, swishing, walking too slowly.
Use of nail polish, makeup(except for filming TV/movies), waxing, exfoliating, etc.

Psychological: poor speaking skills(i.e. talking like a woman), fem mannerisms, lack of normal knowledge of subjects most men have including but not limited to: mechanical aptitude, understanding of basic construction methods, procedures, use of tools; failure to use proper terminology, nomenclature, proper slang, etc..
Dislike of or lack of appreciation for masculinity.
Preference for something that is pretty and or new without regard to how well it's designed and constructed. Preoccupation with women, womens' fashions & accessories, womens' interests, etc.

I think it's more in the way they speak and their mannerisms than appearance. Even if you're 250 lb of hairy muscle bear, if you lisp and intone like a girl and "swish" around, you're still fem to me. Likewise, if a guy is a skinny twink, but he talks with typically male voice patterns, I don't consider him a twink.

And yes, fems do annoy me at times, but it's only because some of them remind me of bitchy women. And I can't stand bitchy women, either.

Voice intonation is the key. Plus, use of the word "tush" (that really creeps me out for some reason).

Voice intonation is the key.

True. A higher and sometimes more nasal-y tone...I guess. It's funny, though because when I was younger, I would consider feminine guys as liking everything that girls would like and whatnot. Then I realized people like different things regardless of sexual preference. I ended up having a bf with a higher pitched tone who is the handyman of his house :P He loves doing the yard work, fixing up the house and whatnot.

I guess, a guy with higher tone in their voice and acts less masculine. I tend to look beyond all that, though. It just confuses me to generalize it all.

Some of them have that sexy hair, and look very kissable, make me just want make-out, adorable.:sex:*|*:kiss:
