As for the anal sex: If you were each sure that neither of you had a disease (being tested and over a period of months) and that neither of you were seeing anyone on the side...then anal sex without a condom is not dangerous. The keys are that you have to be tested, retested and finally retested again at the six month point. You can pay for a more expensive test and know on the second for the most part, but then the second half comes in. You both have to be committed and not sliding it into anyone on the side.

Get tested if you are even going to have sex. It can be a great date and then both of you know where each stands. Some STD's and STI's can be passed oral and some show little symptom...like chlymidia....
