HIV (or any STD, for that matter) can enter through something as simple as a cold sore or a tear in the gums, which can be caused by simply brushing your teeth too hard.

Yes this is what I know, too... and even though oral sex is considered low risk for HIV, cum in your mouth is a different story...

Can you? Yes. There's a VERY slight chance of transmission. I compare it to crossing at a crosswalk (with the light) against darting across a semi-busy street in the middle of the block. It's not 100% safe, but it's much less risky.

I hope you agree that saliva and sperms are a different thing.. anyway you can do what you want but please... the medical reasons to be careful are not an opinion but a fact. You may not like it... you may want to eat tons of cum.. so be it! But consider the consequences.
