Hey all!

Been a JUB lurker for a long time. Recently took up interest in amateur photography. I don't have any hot willing boys to use as subject matter, so its just me. And no, I'm not 18 and blisteringly hot... :-)

Mostly black-and-white stuff. I'm from English-Irish peasant stock, so tan is not a shade I can achieve easily. Hence the black and white. And yes, some are filtered a bit because I am learning how to edit digitally. Trial and error (hehe).

There's a bunch in my gally if anyone cares to peek, and I fiddle with them swapping them out with new ones constantly.

*blush* Thanks! I don't get many eye comments RL. They get hidden behind my spectacles a lot... :(

And I'm with you, hats can be way sexy. Or just plain necessary if you are like me and live with a shaved head in a blazingly sunny place.

Undies... A tad further down the slope toward nudity for the chicken-hearted like me...

I'm a traditionalist. While I don't usually WEAR them, I find tighty-whities unbearably sexy.

Anyhow, I put up a new undies gallery that I'll post to as I collect 'em, but here's some in the meantime...

Thanks a lot! I worked uber-hard on them, not being gifted with the genetics that some people luckily inherit. They aren't perfect or uber-cut, but I'm just ecstatic that I can see them at all. I am a reformed chubby guy (oh hell, I was fat--lost 100 lbs)

Thanks! Costs me 12-15 miles a day running and ~180-200 situps/crunches. I am sort of at the point where I have trouble adding muscle (which I definitely need on the upper body). I am arguing with myself whether to lose the abs and gain some muscle and try for them again... Not an easy decision after I worked so hard on them to start with.

Oh, I posted a new gallery. :-) I'm up to the chapter on lighting in my amateur photo book. Playing with differing levels of lighting and camera settings... I stuck the first attempts into a gallery labeled Lighting. I am definitely going to need to work on that some, I don't have the hang of it yet.

Here's the ones I like the best...

Oh, and there's another hiney pic in there, but I'm grumbly because it shows my love handles *growl*:grrr:
 
Delayed post, had a date last night, so things were, um, complicated...

This is set #2 with me working on lighting sources. I'm interested in what you think, because I like certain ones from each but not the entirety of either set.

(First set, in gallery Lighting, is with ambient low level angled overhead source)

(Second set, in gallery Lighting #2, is with small source pinpoint lighting at variable positions)

The above are my favorites from Lighting #2, there's a few more in there and a few more, um, risque ones that I'm mulling over posting.

And in case someone wonders, yes I have an ugly scar (got scalded by boiling water as a kid) on my right thigh that I am self-conscious about. It isn't seen much because I tend to shoot to exclude it, wear clothes that hide it, or try to smudge it out of photos. It isn't in any of the above photos (which is why I love those undies), but it is in some of the ones in the gallery.
