It's only been two days, and I think you might be freaking out just a tad too much. This was your first time, a new experience for you, and I can totally understand your concerns.
However, I think you may be taking your "fears" a bit "beyond".
I'm not sure about the little spots on your dick. They could have been there before, and you just didn't notice, without your current, more extreme, attention.
