"Flexible" couples

fairly common, yes. and imho the best way to go :)
 
My favorite relationships have been the most "flexible"ones.

The longer lasting ones seem to settle on one dynamic, and that's sad. For both parties.
 
I think exclusivity in position is boring. I can't say what other couples do, though. It does seem most guys prefer to be bottom.
 
Yeah, my guy started out preferring to be on the bottom. Then it was kind of like "Well I'd like to try both but I'm worried about hurting you" because of his size.

It was good that we had that talk because I was missing out on something I wanted, and with a little warm-up I can take him no problem...

He actually does like it on bottom, but he's learned that he likes both.

I have always figured both was the way to go. If you're versatile, you can be in the other person's shoes, so to speak. I think that is incredibly erotic, and for me that is the whole point of being gay.
