Hey Boys,I've been working out hard everyday now for the past two weeks, and i notice that after i'm down with the treadmill running,I get fogged up ears and it's really annoying.

I was told it was because i wasn't breathing right? but really don't think thats it, I think i've learned how to control my breathing while running now,but still get this. Any idea what this is?

Describe what you mean by "fogged up ears".

...kinda like when your driving up high in the mountains.

i guess, but i don't have it all the time though, just after an intense workout.

That's one of the symptoms of PET:

People who suffer from PET can find playing sport difficult as the increased breathing pushing onto the ear drum can become very noisy and can sometimes lead to a period of increased tinnitus after the event.

I don't find it difficult to continue working out though, its just that its there for a little bit,and when i'm in the gym, people that i know come up to me and start talking, and i feel like i'm yelling back at them haha.

...I can't see a doctor now to have em check, but u think i should be worryed?

Unless you're having the problem all the time or unless you start having frequent ear infections, it's harmless.

I get it when I first lift, not when I do cardio. But after I've lifted on a regular basis, I don't continue to get it.

Chew gum :)
