Why the TLC editing? I am not sure it is a Mods job to rewrite stuff to make it readable. If that was to be the case, Mods would be doing nothing else. They would be fulltime grammar, punctuation and spelling police.

My point was, and is, that the capitalising every word is an unnecessary affectation, and I will make a stand by refusing to read them....for whatever that is worth.

I think my position has been very clearly stated. You ask what I did not like about your story. I did not read it. Why? I simply refuse to read prose that is presented with unnecessary affectation such as all lower case, all upper case, every word starting with a capital letter, or no punctuation.

When the New York Times or the Sydney Morning Herald prints all articles using capitals for every word I may reconsider my position. When the Oxford Dictionary and the Encyclopedia Britannica use capitals for every word, I may think about my position. When the complete works of Shakespeare are printed with every word starting with a capital, I may think again.

And, as I have said before, when style and presentation dominate over substance, you haven't got much to read.

I hope my comments are taken in the manner in which they are given. I am simply making the suggestion that you must think very seriously about how you present you work. You wish to present ideas. I think it is better if you do not use artificial devices (such as capitalisation) to detract from the many worthwhile ideas you are presenting to readers.

It seems to me that you are the author of the story and if you prefer to use caps, then so be it. If someone wants to take exception to that I feel they can either forgo reading the story or PM the author to explain their complaint.

In the mean time, I liked the story and feel it has great potential. Please continue...
