I am not an expert and I encourage to get an expert opinion: But.....

I think that you are at a low risk for HIV. But dont take my word for it. To make you feel better and most importantly to protect yourself, you should get the PEP treatment. There is a small window, so you should be prompt. From what I have read, its easier for bottoms and women to get HIV because of the fluids being shot into them. From my humble opinion I think that you should get tested for herpes, gonorrhea and chlamydia. Those are probably more likely. I would encourage you to report that disgusting guy because he sexually assaulted you. However I know that it would be difficult to prove. Im sorry that this happened. Good luck..

The chance of transmission of HIV from bottom to top is next to nil. However, you are at risk for other STDs, so while you are not a candidate for PEP, you should get conventional STD testing. All sexually active persons in non-monogamous relationships should get tested on a regular basis.

Either way, I'm nearly 100% sure you're fine in terms of HIV. Here's why:

In order to get the virus it needs to enter your bloodstream. I wouldn't call it 'nil' for a top to get it from a bottom, but it is significantly less likely. It is even LESS likely that you yourself got it from him because, according to you, he sat on it right when you were climaxing? Assuming this, there was really no chance for your penis to get small cuts and sores that occur during the thrashing and thrusting of sex. So, it would be VERY difficult for HIV to enter your bloodstream. Oh, and I doubt you washing yourself in the shower made any difference at all.

Well, now that that's out of the way, the bad news is you are at risk for a plethora of other STD's, but none that you wouldn't be at risk for if he hadn't sat on you like that at the last minute. Syphilis, gonorrhea, herpes, chlamydia, you could have all gotten simply by him giving you an unprotected blow job.

BUT these are all curable, AND if you hook up with someone over Manhunt coming in contact with these curable conditions should be a known and acceptable risk. If you are not ready to accept these risks and freak out over something like this (which to most people on Manhunt and Grindr would not be that big of a deal, think about why), then maybe you should delete those apps and try having sex only with people you know.
