anyone know the best free app on a computer, iphone and andriod, you can get to learn french and spanish or either ???

please recommend

I recommend google translate
and just watch foreign language videos with words if possible so you can use google translate

I recommend Duolingo or Babel for introductory learning. Google translate is average at best and all it does is translate. It doesn't actually teach you the way a language is structured, its grammar, and its rules.

I've been trying to learn Portuguese and started with Duolingo -- I've moved to Babel and, for me, find it much better. Keep in mind that the "free" version isn't all you're going to need.

thk you

You may also want to find a specialized app. I have one that I like to use for Japanese. If you want I can see if there’s is one like that for French.

Babel free version will teach you the French of a five year old. As I already speak French I didn’t bother looking at the pay version.

Good luck, I have been searching for a site which takes me to advanced level French but never found one.

I would be interested in hearing about your results.
